How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Ordering and delivery
What is the delivery time of your products?
We strive to deliver your order the next day. – Orders on Monday to Friday before 16:00h will be delivered the next day. – Orders on Friday after 16:00 to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
What is the status of my order?
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from our ordering system. As soon as the package has been packed and shipped, you will receive a track and trace link by e-mail via PostNL.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
If you want to have an order delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium, but within Europe, please contact our customer service via the contact form.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €50 = Free
Orders under €50 = €3.95
Can I return my ordered item(s)?
You can return your order, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. If we have received the return, we will refund the order amount to you within 14 days. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Where can I find the return form?
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
In the unlikely event that you have ordered the wrong size, you may return your order, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Here is the link to our return instructions . You will receive your money back after receipt. You can wait for this, but you can of course also place a new order.
The items are damaged or contain stains. What should I do?
That is not the intention. If a product is broken or dirty upon receipt, we would like to hear this as soon as possible. Depending on the complaint, we are happy to look for a suitable solution. Send an email with order number, description of the complaint and photos to our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org. They will contact you shortly.
